Not bad, not bad. But we can go crispier. Let's put him through again.

Burnt cartilage aside... is there anything obviously amiss in the Sewer, or any of the other rooms in the B2F Amethyst Wing? Fascia sensed the Pit Mine in particular, but she'd be miffed if I didn't check everywhere.

Oh, and what are those floating spirit orbs we've seen around before they disappear? Would Miss Mona or one of the others happen to know?

Mona stops you. You push her aside, for science must progress. The cart goes in for another pressure rinse and burning cleanse, and after a while, returns looking even worse for wear. The bones are now ash too. The ash is now double ash.

The Crispiestest Rat, it is now your crowning achievement.

You examine the Amethyst Wing, and find theres splashes of water in the Hydro Generators and Maintenance Hub, minor paint stains in the Pit Mine, Maintenance Hub, and Hydro Generators. You also find a lone pumpkin in the Pit Mine and Maintenance Hub. You note nothing out of the ordinary elsewhere.

Mona shakes her head. Tanner has nothing. KBB smirks, so you won't get a straight answer about blue balls from him, spiritual or otherwise. Vigil responds.

Master Gadd oft mentioned his experiments, relating to the Paranormal Dimension and the like. These azure orbs tend to float around when something is vanished, sent permanently into the Paranormal Dimension... and then beyond. Master Gadd then warned me of the dangers of the Coatroom door, when a ghost approaches it from the wrong side. I believe there may be a document on this, but its whereabouts I am not privy to.

Uniting them does nothing. They're simply... shadows of what was. I have no idea how to make or contain them, nor how to prepare them for passing into the next life. Perhaps they will vanish one day.

They sting a little if you touch them.

Those orbs - do they exist if we shine Darklight around the Pit Mine, Maintenance Hub, and Hydro Generators? And, is there anything else odd about those rooms under Darklight?

What else... ah, Fascia's curious if you can check how and when a Z-Gate might have been used, and if anything is amiss in Under the Ice with or without a Darklight. Then again, those are more my own thoughts, but Fascia probably wouldn't mind knowing. I'm not good at discerning.

You find no such orbs, or much of anything else under darklight that doesn't glow how you expect it to.

There is no way to determine when someone enters and exits a Z gate. One medkit is missing, and you note that another medkit lays here, with its contents emptied and strewn on the ground. You'd have to compare it to a full kit to see whats missing. A few survival pamphlets are inside the kit as well with interesting titles such as "Poisonous Plants and You", "My F***Ing Leg Is Missing", "How To Recover From Being Assaulted By An Invisible Leg", and "Panic! At The Hospital".

Fascia and I would like to compare the medkit contents together. Miss Mona brought up the medkits too. So, they could be important.

You note the one in the armor Mona testified to occupying has not been used. Comparing it to the one Under The Ice, it seems the emptied one is missing a liquid sedative and a few syringes. These medkits are hard core.

Safely, with Vigil and Mona's assistance, bring an item into the paranormal dimension and, as Vigil described, throw it through the coatroom door from the "wrong side". Document the results

Your non-descriptive item of non-specific qualities vanishes through the mysterious portal behind the Coatroom door in the Paranormal Dimension completely. A single blue ball floats around the door where it once was, and now is no longer. Now no one may know what form it took.

Vigil shrugs. Mona carefully backs away from the door, and searches for safety tape.

Let's investigate this coatroom more thoroughly, including signs of entry/tampering/anything of note. What's going on with this weirdo door? Is it only in the Paranormal Dimension? What is the "wrong side"? Does Vigil know of any other doors on the map that have the same properties?

Vigil and Mona both do not recount anything of the sort.

The Paranormal Dimension map indicates that anyone in the PD can pass through the back wall of the Coatroom for access, instead of the front. The "normal" hallway/coatroom door in the PD is ominous, and glows in darklightvision with a menacing aura. It doesn't connect to a hallway in the Paranormal Dimension, so where does it lead, you wonder.

When you open this door, there's nothing but darkness behind it, and you feel a sense of dread looking in. You feel like you don't want to go in there.
You definitely do not want to go in there.

It seems the existential hazard only exists in the Paranormal Dimension. The hallway/coatroom door functions completely fine in the world of the living. Only when opened from the back in the PD does it reveal the darkness.

Can one move the orbs?
You poke one, but it doesn't really respond that well to being touched. It floats away in a hard-to-catch-or-control manner reminiscent of an adrift balloon. It stings you a little when you touch it.

Looking for Lee's possessions:
Check:
Prospectors Crossing, where Lee was spotted building a bonfire
The Guard Tunnel, where Lee was spotted spray painting armor
Basement Amethyst Wing, which Lee raided
The Parlor, where he was spotted

Let's also poke around the neighbouring rooms to see if he dropped anything. Paint probably

In these rooms, aside from what's been checked already, you find a few discarded cans of spray paint near the Guard Tunnel guards. As described, they're pink and baby blue. Twins?

You find a few black and gold paint marks near the firestarter tools in the Maintenace Hub, and splattered a bit in the Pit Mine, but seemingly no items or paint in the pit itself. You spot some similar splashes of diluted paint in the Hydro Generators, mixing with the flooded water here.

The Parlor is now lacking its podcast equipment. There's a scorch mark by one of the couches, and some empty glassware discarded near the fireplace here, including empty rum bottles, and empty glass jars from the Studio.

You find little else which relates to paint in these areas, besides the paint marks left on previous nights in various places. You'd think the Studio would be out by now, but alas, it seems Gadd kept the room well stocked, with backups upon backups in the Container Yard. What was his problem

Body/Inventory/Room check the humble Ghouligrab

Okay. I'll use my beloved Fascia's viscera, as requested.

Using such... I will ask Mister Lee the following questions:
* What do you know about Mister Ghouligrab's flashlight, and what happened with it?
* What's the last thing you remember doing?

Scusi for any imperfections, of course. I haven't worked with paper as my medium for quite some time.

Use my famous "Thanos Fishing Rod" that they keep in the Nautical zone to cast a line into the ominous door. See if I get a bite, and then reel it in.

Do the same thing but with a descriptive object attached to the hook. Does it come back?

While Thanos is doing the above, watch in the Cellar, then in the Cloakroom, to see if there are any effects on the normal world

And then use my Thanos Ghost Magnet (regular vacuum cleaner) to try and suck up and capture one of those stinging orbs.

I would like to check how portable Z-gates are. I assume not very but just in case they're relevant I will see

I would like to check the Smuggler's Hideout for anything amiss... grazie.
