A meh direct for me as well. As a fan of it, Meccha Chameleon coming to consoles already is really surprising to me, and some of the Switch 2 editions announced were also up my alley. Excited for the Kirby game of course, but otherwise not too much was exciting. 5/10 for me

Vampire Survivors. I really love this game and all of its DLCs. I've almost unlocked everything except for some of the Castlevania stuff, but I'm slowly workin' through the final 40 unlocks. Such a great roguelite, definitely top 3 for me :D

For the ones I've played (Switch), my top two worst has got to be Jamboree's Gate Key-pers and Hot Cross Blocks. Sparks and Xiahou Ba have already talked about the former (especially since you can lose without ever getting a turn, which sucks ever more since it's a consistent battle minigame)...

yeah this has changed a lot lol... uhh its definitely evolved a lot since i wrote this. How did I think 600 levels was even FEASIBLE in the first place... anyways cutting it down to like... 50 unique levels, I have some kind of story planned out a bit... and a name for the final level inspired...

While it doesn't have all of what you hope for, the fangame Super Mario Construct has a lot of what you ask for, in two game styles! Free, no download, and many levels to play as it is being updated consistently with new features.

I also first played it in 3D All-Stars, and while it still sits at #2 of my enjoyment of that set of three (Galaxy 1, Sunshine 3), it was also the second I decided to 100%. Went back through it, got everything, and had a blast. Now that I've found Co-op, the multiplayer fangame for it, my love...
