Well, the survey has since concluded. We are now planning to get this video released around six months. I was a bit surprised to hear that it would not be an instant release, but that's fine.

jan Misali has recently made an update regarding the new survey. It is ending soon and they are planning to make a video on the survey. Below is a video they made previously, which is just some silly shit. ala ken awen!

This new year kicked off one of the biggest deals of our era: Steamboat Willie entering the public domain. This means that people are allowed to freely use the images of the cartoon without Disney's permission. Even better, people are allowed to use Mickey, Minnie, and Pete. Of course, it's...

Adding on to this, I recently played Diddy's Kong Quest and I happened to enjoy the game much more. It's usual that an agreement that this game is actually good but it adds to my belief why DKC1 is a bad game. Simply put, DCK2 has much better level design. Using your partner to collect things...

I recently played Donkey Kong Country 1 and I actually didn't enjoy it. Keep in mind, I played the SNES version with savestates (NOS) and even used a cheat code to give me 50 lives and it was still frustrating. The thing about DKC1 is that it's a little... I guess clunky? Like, the tree top...

Alright, I'll talk about the new voices. Firstly, I want to judge the voices from a regular perspective (AKA, does the voice sound good in general) and from a perspective of the Super Mario franchise. I wish Wario was mentioned in this poll, but I will also bring him up because his voice is...

Alright, I'll talk about the whole "text" thing. So I'm not into the Super Mario RPGs that much, mainly because I'm not a fan of RPGs in general. But, I did pay attention to the fact that some of the text for the upcoming Super Mario RPG remake was changed. Notably, changing Princess Toadstool...

They already have that.

I mean, it's an edit of Super Mario Bros. I've seen people jokingly refer to it as an "official ROM hack", so that's why I did it. Yeah, I do think the survey could've used much more work. I understand that there are people who have a different belief on "canon" for the Super Mario franchise...

So with the recent release of Super Mario Bros. Wonder, there is now coming a new survey by YouTuber jan Misali on the subject of how many Super Mario series games are there now. For those unfamiliar with who jan Misali is, they are a YouTube channel that doesn't really have a theme. They are...

Oh boy, I saw this and got pretty excited. So here are a few things I can mention regarding certain Super Mario games. I feel it's really important because a lot of Nintendo's older Super Mario games aren't that accessible. I'm mainly talking about Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 3, and...

I have no idea why I haven't preordered this game yet since it was already preorder viable on its first trailer. But here are some random thoughts. So, firstly, we get yet another game where Peach is not kidnapped. I like it when Bowser does something different, and I hope each Super Mario game...

So I was just playing Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and I have to be honest, it's not as good as everyone makes it to be. Don't get me wrong; I do not consider this game overrated. It deserves all the praise it gets, but playing it can be painful. In what way? Well, not necessarily the game itself but...

Yeah, Super Mario Bros. Wonder is what I wanted from a 2D Mario platformer. A game with unique and distinct themes and not the same generic ones we saw repeatedly. There are some tiny little touches, too, such as more playable characters. The thing that got me was the talking flower. Mainly...

When it comes to LEGO Mario sets, they kinda don't pique my interest. I always wanted to buy them but they look very complicated. I prefer to have sets that are basically displays as opposed to games. We also haven't gotten minifigures which is my big complaint with the sets. I do like the...
