    oh i never replied to this and i thought i did

    the answer a month later is that it was what Flotzo said, plus constantly bumping old topics to add nothing of value (including bumping the oldest topic in marioverse three separate times for the sake of it)

    so we decided we don't want that, and thus indefinitely banned him
