It's my way of saying the games were generally produced by a company without proper permission from Nintendo.

I have played: Sonic Jam 6 Dian Shi Ma Li Legend of Zelda: Triforce of the Gods (Famicom) By the way, I call these "anti-Nintendo humor" games because they treat the rightful companies like s–t.

What movies can you think of that got an "R" by the MPAA only "for language", but actually have more violence than language? Do note that the average PG-13 film today has significantly more violence than R-rated films. But this topic is only for R-rated films "for language" only.

But what I can say? Gambling laws have become too strict in certain countries, so there's nothing we can do about it.

Well, get this: I looked in the Japanese Wikipedia, and technically, there aren't any video games classified "A" or "B" that have gambling (" ギャンブル ") in them, but there are in "C" games.

I can tell that South Korea did exactly that many years ago.

I've heard that some video game rating guidelines have changed over these years, like PEGI giving games an automatic "18" if they "encouraged or taught gambling", like the old Pokemon games and a few Rec Room minigames from Super Mario 64 DS...

Not unless you re-upload parts of the movie on YouTube and get a frivolous copyright claim over it. That could still happen.
