as an absolute beginner, just play the game with cpus for a while until you get comfortable
you can't do anything more intensive than that until you find some mains you like playing as and get accustomed to the game
yeah I should probably rectify- nothing beats playing people in person, but that's probably not a possibility for the time being
though if your goal is elite smash, you'll want to become accustomed to the differences of online play
be careful about trying to get skilled against cpus, they do not play the same way real people will and you could develop some bad playing habits if you rely on that
they're fine to get started with, but nothing beats grinding it out against real people online once you feel comfortable
no idea, but if you just play the game enough you should have more than enough cash for anything you need very quickly
I think you can sell surplus snacks and other items for gold too? Maybe thats just spirit points, I'm not sure
You can also play betting on spectate mode and earn some gold...
I recall playing a 8 player game to get this one, when one cpu goes over the edge, a lot of them tend to follow them off and it's much more likely you can spike at least one of them
Large opponents are of course the easiest to spike, and I would recommend just using your main and practicing...
i work friday to sunday and typically never get a chance to play the tourneys
not that it matters much though since they're always filled with bots when I try them
