Why do the forums have the second word uncapitalized?

It used to be that the forums had their second word capitalized (example: Mindless Junk is now Mindless junk) and since it changed a little bit ago, it seems off to me to have it that way, is there a reason for this change and is it possible to re-capitalize the words?
