Viewing who voted in a poll in one Mindless Junk thread but can’t in another

This has stuck out to me as a strange function and I wonder if someone who knows Xenforo code can help me figure this out.

Why can I see who voted in a poll in this thread, but I can't see who voted on a poll in this thread? Both are from Mindless Junk.

When you go to make a poll for a thread, you can check the "display votes publicly" option to allow everyone to see who voted for what option, or you can leave it unchecked so nobody can see who voted for what option (in practice - I suppose there has to be some way a user is linked to the vote they cast, and somehow somebody somewhere could find out).

Once set, it can't be changed, if I recall correctly. So one thread had the box checked, and the other didn't, and that's the difference.
