I woke up this morning to find I had 2 missed phone calls from myself.

They were 4 minutes apart and I'm really confused about it. To my knowledge, I've never been a sleepwalker or anything like that. I don't think it's possible to call my cell from my cell.

Should I just not worry about it? Should I give in to my super paranoid side and assume someone I don't know having my number?

some phones do have the ability to call their own number
not by themselves tho afaik

When I call my own number I reach my voicemail, and I believe some missed call notifications from my previous carrier sent SMS messages from my own number.
I don't know how voicemail works overseas, but this may be a thing you could look at?

could be someone spoofing your number, spam calls and the like
