To enter, you need a Chess.com account and friend all the members, since I'll set up a round robin compition rather than a bracket, so you will play all other members at least once. Also, make sure you do an online chess game, and not a live game.

You can even use this one: http://www.chess.com/analysis-board-editor ) and you need to know how to do notations or at least how to relay notations. On the link above, the notations are located on the box and the right which will add at every move. Or maybe you can learn the notations quickly.
