Facing criticism is an integral part of improving yourself and your work. There are of course lines that shouldn't be crossed (like personal attacks and outright threats) and some people can be reckless and stupid. But the act of voicing a negative opinion in and of itself, even a harsh one, is not questionable, and you don't need to suppress your feelings as long as you're not being a jerk about them.
