@Wendy O. Koopa I actually only just watched Atlantis: The Lost Empire myself, but I thought it was fairly good, I really like Milo a lot though so he's my theme. Disney direct to video sequels get a bad reputation in general and I've heard Atlantis: Milo's Return is not one of the exceptions to that, but I'm still planning to watch the sequel, but though it's based on multiple stories I could see myself not strongly minding it if it focuses on building on the characters from the first movie, as while I really like some of the characters in Atlantis other characters I wanted the movie to expand on more.

@Milo Thatch Interestingly some Disney direct to video sequels were pretty good. Lion King II Simba's Pride is REALLY good; I love it. Toy Story 2-that one was just as good as the original Toy Story. In general direct to video sequels are usually with any company bad but there's some gems in there once in a while. Kind of the same thing with just sequels in general. Like Terminator 2 was really good too (I'm a Terminator fan as well as a Disney fan BTW). That wasn't direct-to-video sequel but it was still a sequel, and fortunately, it was really good. Can understand why sequels often aren't as good as the originals-it's hard to top the originals. Like, it's a really precise formula. First three Indiana Jones movies, out of those the only bad one was Temple of Doom; Raiders of the Lost Ark and Last Crusade were masterpieces. I found Indiana Jones Dial of Destiny disappointing as well, specifically because it lacked all the things that make an Indiana Jones movie good-fighting action and traps and all that-but Crystal Skull, a lot of people don't like it but meh, it wasn't that bad; I actually enjoyed it. Unpopular opinion I know. Terminator Salvation and Terminator 3 and all that were pretty bad but, like, I'm a completionist so I had to watch all of them so I watched them anyway. I thought they were ok. Just ok though. I really do think that Warner Bros. was really messing Terminator up when they had possession of the franchise. Looking forward to "Terminator: End of War" which is coming out in 2025. I hope it'll be a satisfying ending. It probably will be the last one as the franchise is in fact over 40 years old now, and Arnold Schwarzenegger is getting old (in age I mean; he'll no matter what always be cool).

Also, LOL-when I was a kid (specifically at the age of 9-12 years old) I was super skinny. I think I looked a lot like Milo Thatch because he's extremely skinny...plus I had glasses like him. 😆

(Toy Story 2 was released in theaters lol but) yeah there are some of the Disney sequels I did like, like The Lion King 2 and the third Aladdin and Cinderella movies, and 101 Dalmatians 2 holds a special place in my heart in terms of childhood nostalgia as I adored that movie as a child. But other Disney sequels like Mulan II or Brother Bear 2 aren't that good at best.

I actually didn't mind Temple of Doom as it had some cool effects and action scenes despite not having as much charm in the characters as the first movie.

@Milo Thatch LOL kind of took a while to respond. Oh well, you were probably busy. Brother Bear II and Mulan II for me were enjoyable, but LOL, Indiana Jones and Temple of Doom, it's ok you like it but personally I think it was the worst one, even compared to Crystal Skull, which even though a lot of people think is terrible I think was ok. I was REALLY disappointed with Dial of Destiny, though. Think it was mainly because it lacked all the things that made past Indiana Jones films great-fighting action and dodging traps and all that. Like Indiana Jones was 70 by the time of Dial of Destiny and the adventure he went on for the Dial was his last and that's of course sad, but it would have made up for it if there had been traps he dodged (heck I know at his age he probably couldn't fight anymore realistically and Harrison Ford himself is too old for that too). Like, they could have used CGI to do that. But yeah-Crystal Skull-NOT the worst Indiana Jones movie. Dial of Destiny is LOL. Also I don't think Temple of Doom when it came out was liked very much because it bombed at the box offices. Hardly anyone went to it. I guess the trailers weren't interesting enough or something. Best Indiana Jones movies are definitely Raiders of the Lost Ark and Last Crusade. There were also Indiana Jones computer games that were really good like Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine and stuff and I like those too.

lol you only took four minutes but said that was a while

Yeah an Indiana Jones movie where he can't actually do a lot of action. Does not sounds interesting 💀

@Milo Thatch Yeah I know it was disappointing. They could have at least had traps. If they had had traps, wouldn't have been as much of a bummer. Like it's sad he has to retire, but that was always going to eventually happen. Like, we gotta admit it to ourselves. Also LOL when I said "took a while to respond" I meant you did because I posted this on November 9 and you didn't respond until November 19 LMAO. Then again was probably my fault I didn't make that clear. 😆

There are worse movies than Mulan II and especially Brother Bear 2 but the former is really brought down for me by how much Mushu is consistently selfish and mean-spirited in the movie plus it doesn't take the threat of China falling seriously enough at all in the first two acts, even though there's another way the alliance is inferred to be formed at the end. "But these three girls won't be able to follow their hearts!" Like buddy if China falls they most likely won't be able to follow their hearts anyway, because they'll be dead. Brother Bear 2 isn't awful but I just found its second half to be really dull, and overly serious when there should have been more fun moments to balance out the drama.

EDIT: Oh you were referring to me taking a while to respond, Stats work baby
