I kinda used to back on Windows but in Linux there's a feature where selecting text copies it to a clipboard (a separate one to the one with Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V which Linux also has) and middle clicking pastes that clipboard and for some reason this is really hard to disable universally (I managed a few tweaks that disable it but only in certain applications namely Firefox and GNOME apps like gedit and the terminal) so it ended it me like accidentally pasting a bunch of stuff in documents (for example in LibreOffice) when I was just trying to scroll through them, so I'm kinda unlearning my habit of middle mouse click and moving to just scrolling with the scroll wheel. I'm sure I'll get used to it eventually but it's a shame it can't be easily changed
