I already take a 100-milligram pill to help me sleep
and I went to bed earlier but early to bed early to rise
when I go to bed late I wake up at 6 no matter what
and yeah I don't know what to do

Some Reccomendations:
1. Melatonin Supplements [Melatonin is a hormone primarily released by the pineal gland at night, and has long been associated with control of the sleep–wake cycle, Wikipedia]
2. Don't drink caffeine drinks like tea, soda, coffee, and energy drinks before bed.
3. Drink Ginger Ale (non alcoholic), Ginger lowers blood pressure and sugar levels which cause inflammation, so your body can rest.
4. Play calming music such as Classical, Gregorian Chant, and etc to help you sleep; there is a reason some people fall asleep at the Opera.
5. If you can stop looking at screens (TV, computer, phone) three hours before you go to sleep.
6. If desperate use a sleep aid like Zzyquil, Benadryl, and etc.
7. Try not watching or reading stressful things before bed, such as News and Zombie Apocalypses.
8. Download Nature sounds like fountains and other calming sounds.

i don't like coffee or tea and I can't have energy drinks because that makes me go crazy
and i can't buy soda all i drink is flavored water and water and milk

Well that rules out caffeinated drinks.
