I remember you, too.
I did? Eh, at this point, I doubt anything would surprise me.
Oh, there's a name-changing thread? Pardon me...
Pleased to meet you, Nex and Star. :)
Hi everyone. Its been a while, and I thought Id stop by to see how all of you are doing. I dont know how the member makeup has changed on this forum since I left because you all change your user names every two minutes, but some of you may remember me as the freak who tried to put an end to...
I have two British guys in my ideal cast: comedy legend John Cleese for Kamek (whose star power could help sell the film and bolster Martinet's image) and Tom Hiddleston for Lakitu (whom you may know as Loki, Viking God of Trickery). If neither accepts my offer, *sigh,* I guess I'll look into...
Oh, no! I mean that bigtime celebs see him as a nobody. Martinet's achieved a sort of cult celebrity status among video game fans, and he's one of my inspirations for looking into voice acting as a fallback career.
Truth be told, star power won't matter to your primary audience... which is kids. All they'll care about is that the movie has the characters they like, and that the characters sound like they do in the games. If my movie succeeds, and (God willing) I get the game actors, I could turn Charles...

Hmm, you're right, I could see her passing off as a Disney Princess. All she'd have to add is that seductive, eyes-half-closed smile and she'd be in business...and so would Daisy, Rosalina, and Zelda.
That conflict was resolved a long time ago.
Again, we're not talking about your movie. This thread is a whole different kettle of fish, and as I've repeatedly warned you, Disney will probably not buy your screenplay after its trouble with the first one.
For the record, this thread has...
So he's basically gone on to being a game producer rather than being a game designer or director. That's interesting because he did once say that he doesn't see himself as anybody's boss (or even his own boss for that matter).
I see your reasoning. Super Mario Galaxy was probably the last time Nintendo did something innovative with the franchise. They took the routine plumber-rescuing-princess story we know and love and gave it the essence of a classic sci-fi movie. Since then, everything seems to be a sequel to...
