Hurt and Heal: Mario Kart Super Circuit/GBA Retro Tracks

Same rules as the Nintendo 64 version of this Hurt and Heal.

I decided to start another Track Hurt and Heal to mix things up.
Some of you might remember me saying I wasn't going to do SNES Mario Kart and the fact that GBA Retroed them all is why.
