Well, some might argue that Goomboss's (and Goomba's) lack of hands would be a problem. But lack of hands doesn't stop Goombas from holding bats, balls, books, and gloves, among other things. Also, King Boo can drive without having feet to push the pedals.
King Bob-omb (as I call him) doesn't have any problems though.
