Honestly I'm slightly concerned with how this'll fit together with the main story and what that means for Fawful; I hope they don't make him too Bowser's Inside Story-like as much as I like him in both, for consistency's sake.

That Koopa sprite on the right isn't from Dream Team, only Paper Jam; because the latter's sprites are different to the former in terms of the angle you're viewing them at and Superstar Saga DX will be using the same viewing angles as the former not the latter, so the Koopa sprites will...

Either way, there's a permanent music player in-game now! That you have access to without actually beating the game, ha ha. Although my secret hope is there'll also be postgame stuff but I'm not too optimistic that'll actually happen. XP

Seeing the existing footage, Mario, Luigi and Peach's sprites (at least) seem to be taken straight from Dream Team – not saying that's a bad thing, I personally find those sprites very pretty; but I think Paper Jam's sprites are different mostly to compensate for the change in camera perspective...

I don't know how much any of you care about what I might have to say, but in my opinion, these arguments are petty. Some people will mind more than others and you won't change their minds but at the end of the day, they're just a small disappointment that's nothing to lose sleep over.

I've been seeing some things I prefer about the original but also things that I prefer about this version... I honestly feel like the optimal Superstar Saga to own is both of them lol.
