Its because you need to find a pic that is that size in the first place, not resize a small one.

You need a pic that is the same size as your resolution.

Well, her Screenshot was 1366x768, so I pre-defined Google to only look for that Resolution.
At least, if it works for her.

The easiest way is, to right click the Desktop, choose "Screen resolution", and read whatever "Resolution says".
Remember to never set it lower than it is now, you will be sorry for that!
