Is there a species that can change gender upon changing stage just like there's male seahorses that can be pregnant?

Sometimes I wish some of the genderless Pokemon could get gender, solely for the ability to inherit Egg Moves that they cannot otherwise get. I am surprised that Generation 6's new Pokemon has gender for Pokemon you don't expect there to be. Do you know that Honedge, a sword Pokemon, can be a male or female?

This especially holds true to most of the Mineral Pokemon, where I believe around half of them are genderless. Imagine Golett being able to inherit Meteor Mash from Metang, or Cryogonal being able to inherit Destiny Bond from Co*bleep*rigus.
