Iwata Passes Away

So sad...

I think that was a really good address. Aw man, still sad that Iwata cannot see the future success of what he has started.

I feel that way how he thinks too. Alas the world continues on...

wow I just now found out this happened...damn

rest in peace good sir

I learned of Iwata's death while browsing the web.

The link to the page notifying his death was surrounded with obnoxious ads ("women to date!" "Doctors hate this man!" "Steroid alternative?!")

Naturally, I thought it was a mean joke. So I clicked on it, seeing how this author would butcher Iwata's image.

But then I learned it was sincere. I was shocked.

I had finished Pilotwings Resort (directed by Iwata) a few days prior. My birthday was just a few days ago.

The world of art, business, and video games lost a great man, who died way to young.

R.I.P Iwata. :'(

Bumping because this video/documentary was just released yesterday and I think this beautifully sums up everything about Iwata' Life and Career, so if you can, take some time and watch it.

RIP once again.

Ah, I thought I posted that here. Must of been a different forum.
Yeah, it's a really good overview of his career. Worth looking at their other videos too, btw.
