A TV show, but make it an obscure one because I don't want to appear in either.

EDIT: Oh wait it's a hit TV show, so I'll say movie, but have a minor role.

if youre the main star of a tv series for example theres a huge chance that you will never be casted for anything else again

like josh radnor in himym or zach braff in scrubs, while the co-stars in those series have been reappearing elsewhere (for example nph everywhere and turk from scrubs in skyline (pretty underwhelming movie btw) and the exes)

so if youre a co-star then maybe yes

but you cant live off of being unemployed for the rest of your life

i mean zach braff had to do a kickstarter for his new movie (which hes also directing iirc)
 
i googled it and apparently he made 83 million dollars off himym
i think i could live off that

edit: shit thats just in one year that show went on for like a decade
