I recently set up a new blog and I was planning to have it separated into three main sections "Reviews", "Hollyoaks" and "Random Ramblings", with potential other sections included in them.

I have absolutely no idea how to do so, and wikihelp didn't really help. Is it maybe to do with the labels?

Labels are pretty much tags; if you use labels you'll be able to group things that way. I don't know if you can really split them into subblogs though, since labels are just sorting methods.

To be fair sorting them should be good. As long as when you go into the label it's just the relevant stuff.

Yeah, when you click on a given label, it only display posts with that label. You'll be fine.
