What game $10 or less should I get on the Eshop?

As a Kirby fan I say Dream Land 3 but Superstar saga is worth the investment

Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga is a great game. I have it for GBA and I love it.

Or another option, if you haven't played it, is Wario Land 4, which is my favorite Wario game ever, and my second favorite GBA game. It is soooooo much fun. Or perhaps getting Link's Awakening DX which has better graphics than the original DX plus there are lots of extra content, including and entire new dungeon.
But if you already played those and/or doesn't sound interesting, I would say go with SS, although KDL3 is really good too.
