I was unsure if letting previously eliminated series get a second chance was a good idea, but obviously it was, as both of our final two are from the two second chance series: Hector of Fire Emblem and Ridley of Metroid. In less than 48 hours one of them will win it all. So, here is our final two.

This is it. The championship. This match will decide who will win Forum's Choice VI: Hector or Ridley. Before we begin, here's a quick look at how they got here even though no one will actually read it.
Hector
Fire Emblem was nominated by Turb to be one of the two series to get a second chance. It had a large amount of characters who were nominated for the game. Eventually Hector, Marth, Leif, Lute, and Sain were the five characters that were chosen to participate in Forum's Choice V.
Hector's first match was a walk in the park, beating Lynne of Ghost Trick without the latter getting a single point. In addition, Sain beat Nathan Drake of Uncharted, Lute defeated Charlie Cutter of Uncharted, Marth beat Nekomaru Nidai of Dangan Ronpa, and Leif beat Quadraxis of Metroid. Fire Emblem ended up being the only series to not lose any characters in round 1. In Round 2, Hector won another fairly easy match against Jimmy of Ed, Edd, n Eddy, while Leif beat Gandalf the Grey of The Hobbit, and Sain beat Kermit the Frog. However, Marth fell to Bilbo Baggins of The Hobbit (who would later face off against Hector), and Lute lost to Animal Crossing's Mr. Resetti.
Hector tied for the second BYE spot and beat Muppet Lew Zealand in a tiebreaker, allowing him to skip Round 3. Leif defeated Animal, another Muppet. Sain went up against Fox McCloud and tied on the first day, but didn't receive any on the second, resulting in his elimination. In Round 4, Leif was defeated by Star Wars' Jango Fett, leaving Hector alone. He fought Fox, who had defeated Sain in the previous round, but was able to beat him. He then beat Dark Samus in the quarterfinals.
His semifinal match was against Bilbo, who had beaten Marth all the way in Round 2. Unlike Marth, Hector was able to defeat Bilbo quite easily, giving him a spot in the championship.
Ridley
Ridley was actually in both FCI and FCII, but was eliminated early on in both cases. After Metroid was nominated by Mario4Ever to be the game's other second chance series, Ridley was the most obvious character to represent the series, and Dark Samus (another returning character), Rundas, U-Mos, and Quadraxis were picked as the other four.
Ridley's first match was the very first one to finish, and he a very easy time, beating Wreck it Ralph's Sergeant Calhoun by seven votes. Dark Samus also won her match, beting Ziva David of NCIS. The others were not so lucky, however. U-Mos was beaten by Looney Tunes' Wile E. Coyote, Rundas was defeated by Smeagol of The Hobbit, and Quadraxis lost to Leif, leaving Ridley and Dark Samus as the only survivors of Round 1. In Round 2 though they were able to get by easily, with Ridley beating Star Fox's Andross and Dark Samus beating The Muppet's Gonzo, both early on in the round.
Ridley won the BYE and was able to skip Round 3 completely. Dark Samus had no problems in her match, easily beating Kid Icarus' Dark Pit. In Round 4, Ridley fought Wolf of Star Fox, and Dark Samus fought The Judge of Ace Attorney. Both won their matches in 3-2 votes. In the Quarterfinals, Ridley defeated Jango Fett of Star Wars. But Dark Samus was defeated by the character who Ridley will face tonight: Hector.
