Colosseum mafia sign-ups/lounge

Pokémon Colosseum, that is. This is totally different from pokémon mafia by the way, as this will mostly focus on the characters of the afromentioned game, rather than just pokémon in general.

Rules (and maybe a story) will appear when I create the actual game. It's not gonna be anything special though.
