BRUH, NO WAY YOU'RE MAKING ME PICK BETWEEN WT AND PITOHUI'S DRAWINGS.

I have to issue a few corrections and clarifications.

• In SGOW's scribble under "Mentor", the character this is referring to is actually called "Partrick", not "Patrick". The correct title should thus be "Famous Mario character Partrick mentors his child on being a Brick Block". This is my fault, as I did not correctly see the extra "r" in the name. SGOW actually used the proper name in his title.
• InsaneBlathers' scribble is supposed to be titled "Obligatory Doofenshmirtz reference". I didn't see it in the message because it was rendered in a bright yellow font that blended in with the default forum background. To prevent these kinds of things from happening, everyone please mark your titles clearly and legibly. I have to go through 24 of these each round and you'll help me out immensely if you make it so I can immediately identify your title wishes at a glance.
• I've had people express to me this round that they were worried about being disqualified for minor mistakes, like their art program applying anti-aliasing to their image upon saving it, or there being odd flecks of slight color fluctuations or somesuch. While hard edge pixel brushes are highly preferred for this tournament, I'm not going to kick you out or deny you entry into a round because of a few minor issues alone. If I can see that you were TRYING to follow the rules and your program screwed you over, it is likely that I will show lenience, provided the result is still a three-color square image untouched by filters, gradient tools, or after-effects. This tournament trusts that decisions of its participants are made in good faith. As long as this trust is not abused, you should have nothing to fear.

Kingsrebourne Meeting Room

Plans are discussed. What to do with the sceptre, with their father's guiding touch no longer present. Though they occupy his husk of a shell, they do not know how to replicate his intentions or will. They don't know how the sceptre was lost one thousand years ago, though they have their own individual theories.

They were always dormant, disguised amongst their core components in a gift shop near to the old King's resting ground. Millenia passed without them understanding what had to be done. Should the Sunset Dynasty return? Or, in the land's twilight years, do they need this power? Scribble they can do, but embracing victory is an objective they were not designed for.

I can't believe they arrested us.

They say our ancestors fought gods and dragons and whatsits by using their colors. I don't quite know how; seems to me like the combat applications of scribbling have been vastly over-exaggerated by historians. Maybe we should have gone Taekwondo instead of Titanium White, you know?


I told the agency I'd be taking you hiking up a mountain and retrieve some magical scepter.
Guess I really beansed that one up, huh?

But don't you worry, my boys and girls. Whether it's a heart-pounding trek through trial-filled temples or sitting in a holding cell waiting for our one state-mandated chance to use the phone, "adventure" is a matter of attitude, not location, and we don't need a dusty old mountain to climb our way to the top!
