Vegeta has a younger brother named Tarble, he survived Planet Vegeta's destruction due to being sent off somewhere else before it, judging by being mentioned in Super, he's canon
Thomas & Friends has an alternate US dub that generally use different voice actors for the characters. (I think there are some characters that retain their voices from the original UK version).
In the 90s English dub of Sailor Moon, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune's relationship was changed to them being related, but there were many scenes left in that implied that they were a couple. (Even in the edited versions shown on TV). They would have them, or other characters, keep reminding everyone that they are related. It got so ridiculous to the point where villains, who don't know their identities, somehow know that they were related.
In the original Japanese version of the Ice Climber game as well the Japanese version of Melee, the Yeti like creatures were seals instead however it was changed due to seal clubbing understandably being seen as a bad thing
Most star systems are named by the constellation they appear in, followed by a letter of the Greek alphabet in order of brightness (e.g. Alpha Centauri is the brightest star system in the Centaurus constellation.
This is also known as the star's Bayer designation.
