rules:
-you can give your tokens to other people that rule was dumb anyway; however, donations must be made before prizes are selected so the list can be reshuffled NO WE ARENT RESHUFFLING IT AND YOU CAN DONATE YOUR LEFTOVER TOKENS AFTER PRIZES ARE AWARDED
-you can also give prizes to other people
-one prize per person (except for tf2 items; the limit on these is 3 if you are not selecting a steam game/virtual console game/etc., otherwise you can get one prize and one tf2 item)
-highest amount of tokens goes first

Does that mean anyone can choose their prize once the person with the highest amount picks or is it all in order by amount of tokens?

As for what I'll choose, I'm pretty much limited to the VC games since I don't have Steam (I most certainly will by the end of October) and I'm not in NA.
