Would you guys like a cruising Mario game?

Ever played Outrun? It's a simple game with a great soundtrack, you are in a car but I wouldn't call it a racing game besides racing against the clock, billion off Taxi games offer another way to drive but not race against nothing but the deadline, it's supposed to be fun but not in a competitive way, like Mario Kart.

So, if Mario was ever to take the wheel just to drive someone he loves round town, would you guys be up for it? Maybe just as a mode in another Mario game? What do you think
 
That'd be a cool mode for Mario Kart. Maybe have a selection of different famous Mushroom Kingdom locations and try to collect all the coins in an area, culminating with a boss fight (like Mission Mode in DS)?
 
i play a cruising mario game already. it's called grand theft auto v
