Toadette isn’t a member of the Toad Brigade

The Toad Brigade members are just normal toads, minus Captain Toad

Peach was not kidnapped nearly as many times as the games make it appear, and Bowser actually comes up with more creative plans.

Well, he generally does. It's just he's always kidnapping her ALONGSIDE whatever else he is trying to do and the games always make a bigger deal about saving her so that is what people remember more.

Heck even when other villains do it, saving her is what is often mentioned or brought up more than anything else.

All I can say is that Bowser is the most persistent villain in all of gaming history.

What about Dr. Neo Cortex? He comes up with machines that ACTUALLY WORK and stops at nothing to make sure his plans don't fail.

I mean that, despite his hundreds of failures (at the exact same thing, mind you) over a span of 30+ years, he's never even considered giving up, even though he's never once succeeded in these plans.  Bowser's own quote from Dream Team's ending describes it perfectly:
Quote from: Bowser
Hear this! I will kidnap Peach OVER and OVER until I pull it off! And no one can stop me! Losing is not an option! And neither is giving up!

The only machine Cortex came up with that worked was the Vortex. Everything else somebody else made or he stole credit for making it.

Plus he loses points for being demoted to Uka Uka's henchman in every crash game after 3.

I don't support Mario x Peach. I know the games haven't fully established it but they like teasing it.

Jumpman is not the same person as Mario. I just don't see how. First off, If Cranky Kong was the original DK, how is Mario still 24 (His confirmed age) and Cranky is 80-something. Second, DK Junior (The Modern DK) killed Jumpman. Third, I don't see the resemblance besides both being mustached men in overalls.

It's a little thing called different species not having the exact same lifespans.

Second, DK Junior (The Modern DK) killed Jumpman.
Except by that game they'd officially settled on calling him Mario.

Third, I don't see the resemblance besides both being mustached men in overalls.
I can't help you there. Maybe this more recent picture of Jumpman will ring a bell?

MARIO'S CHIN IS NOT THAT CLEFT.
Neither is Jumpman's.

And I think the Japanese artists knew that better than the localizer who drew the other picture.

Okay you got me there. Jumpman's clearly the only individual there could possibly be two of.

My point was that one is Mario and the other is Jumpman.

1. I don’t think SMB3 is a stage play because the only evidence of (aside from Word of God) it are aesthetics, some of which were altered in remakes such as the All-Stars version. Other details such as Mario exiting stage right are present in other games so why does SMB3 in particular have to be a play?

Furthermore Super Mario World’s (which is SMB4) manual directly references the events of SMB3 as something that happened. I feel Miyamoto May have came up with the idea later.

2. I am willing to except Paper Mario as some other universe, namely because the games aren’t even sure what they are. A normal world that’s Paper? A world that’s so Paper they don’t know what 3d objects are? A world where they know they’re paper?

3. Rosalina’s history is just screwed up and Nintendo doesn’t care. She delegated to yet another princess now.

4. While I would have sung a different tune years ago I’ll accept the Koopalings aren’t  Bowser’s children. Evidence to me shows that there was some discrepancy between how the Koopalings were localized to Americans vs what the Japanese thought.
