Will a 3DS system transfer overwrite pre-installed games?

So I have plans to buy that Mario Maker 2DS since my old NSMB2 XL broke. But it says the game is pre-installed rather than coming with a download code. If I were to do a system transfer to it, would Mario Maker be overwritten? And if so, will I be able to redownload it? Thanks!

for this kind of specific details stuff, it's usually just best to look at nintendo's support website, since they know this stuff better than anyone:

nintendo said:
Pre-installed games are stored on the SDHC Card or microSDHC Card included with the system. This means that a portion of the available space will be taken up by the pre-installed game. If you choose to delete the content off the SDHC Card or microSDHC card, such as during a system transfer, the pre-installed game will be available for redownload from the target system's Nintendo eShop after the transfer has been completed.

looks like it will be deleted but you can redownload it
