Former Youtuber Etika currently in a mental hospital

Why am I posting as a Smash related topic? Because the dude has been one of the most popular Youtubers in regards to Smash due to making some of the craziest reaction videos in the Smash Community. Now his channel is gone due to posting some incredibly controversial videos, and now his ex posted on Twitter that he’s in a mental hospital. I certainly hope things go well for Etika.

I checked the person's name and I believe he has been suspended for having porn in his Twitter according to this wikia, quality of the rest of the page be damned, which I'm not sure how it falls under controversial video. Outside of this, I can't find much more information, so I don't believe he is that big, but apparently big enough for newsweek's attention.

Seems like Reddit is really affected by the turn of events though. I'm not really involved in what he does, but I do hope for the best of him, his loved ones, and the community.

I actually like Etika. Not because of those reactions he does, although those are pretty great to watch. But the guy really is and can be genuine at times, you can really see when he's not reacting, he's a pretty chill and nice guy when you look at him that way, he's a pretty cool person in that regard.

Those news really shock me, no matter to whom it happens, so I'm hoping he gets well soon enough.
