Spoiler tags?

How do you get the spoiler tag to show "Spoiler: <insert text here>" rather than just "Spoiler"? I've seen it done on some forum posts, but since the forums don't have a "view source" function, I can't view the source code used. Does anyone know how to do it? Thanks!
 
Another tip I picked up is that if there's a coding feature someone uses that you don't know how they did, you can quote their post and look at it in the post editor. For future reference :)

For example, if you quoted Alex95's post you'd get the raw coding he used for the spoiler tag, even if the code tag example wasn't there.
