Any way to search the Internet by audio upload?

I have audio that I have been searching for years for the matching video, but have not found it. Is there a search engine that allows me to upload this audio file and have it pull up all existing videos (YouTube or not) with said audio? Google is not really helping or at least, the results I get don't seem like what I want.
 
The Shazam app let's you do that for music, generic audio I'm not sure.
 
Well this is music, but not by any big-name artist or anything that they would have a database record of, probably.

Also, is this available on a computer? I don't see the point of limiting a feature like that to mobile.
 
Yeah I've seen that already. I was looking for a full direct feed footage. If someone managed to get the full audio surely the trailer is out there somewhere right?
 
It's possible. I'd refer you to Hiccup (User talk:Hiccup) - he specialises in tracking down this sort of stuff.
