According to one website, all of the original voice actors are returning for the project.

They still make a ton of merch for it though, so they know it has maintained popularity.
 
Doesn't surprise me that much, Nick has been cashing in on this 90's-early 00's nostalgia a lot recently
 
According to this article , Rocko's Modern Life and Hey Arnold are getting reboots too, so you can see where Nickelodeon is going
