how do you make words move on your signature?

I am confused on how to do this. I tried to go to this website for some live text if that is what it is called, but my anti-virus blocked the website. So, how do I do it?
 
It's called "BBCode", short for bulletin board code. You can also search how to code things properly in SMF (simple machine forums). The simple machines site is coded pretty derpily though, so you might have to look elsewhere on the internet if you need help with BBCode.
 
I honestly think someone should sticky a topic like that, it could prove very useful to people here in this forum.
