Laptop won't load up

I was using my laptop for a while, and then it crashed. When I restarted it, it got to the Windows 10 loading screen and after that it always stops at a black screen. I tried troubleshooting, but it didn't seem to work. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Your hard drive may be failing or your Windows may be corrupting (like what happened with me). Literally all the help I can give, sorry.

Try getting Hiren's Boot CD and write it to a USB flash drive or CD/DVD and go into the Mini Windows environment to back up data. Or use a Linux distro like Ubuntu or Linux Mint to get access to the Windows drive and back up your data. Then do a system reset from Windows itself.
