My Nintendo 3DS is frozen.

My Nintendo 3DS is not working. It's on, but both screens are black and the buttons aren't responding. This is not the first time it has happened. Last time, I had to wait for the charge to run out. Is that the only solution, or is there a quicker way to fix it?

You can hold the power button for a forced shut down.

Do note that you have to hold the power button until the on/off light turns off, which may last around 10 seconds.

My 3DS is out of power now. I'll definitely try that trick if this happens again, though. Thanks Vocal Beat and LTQ!
