Tournament help

So I was thinking of making a type of tournament with the robot masters from the Mega Man games, but the problem is I don't know what board to put it in. I'm thinking about putting it in the forum games section, though I'm still not sure. Where do you guys think I should put it in?

If it's truely a forum game, I would say put it there.
