I made some tracks based on the real Mario Circuits and Rainbow Roads a while back.
They suck and are on PE. They also are minecart compatible.

Make a new non-canon Mario Kart using your tracks.
Retro ideas: Make 2 tracks from each game, including Wario Stadium from MK64 and SC's RR.
I will credit you.
Btw take a picture of the map so the course layout is completely visible.
