It also says that when you get both packs, you get 8 Yoshi recolors and 8 Shy Guy recolors.

Really want those Shy Guy recolors.

This is pretty fair for 6 new characters, 16 new courses and 8 new vehicules.

No, it appears to be separated into packs.

However if you buy both then:
