Which game's event matches do you like more?
I like Melee's more, as they were more challenging and had more replay value.

I found Melee's events more fun and challenging. There were more character specific events and they actually suited them pretty well. Melee also had more events; Brawl only had 41.

Also Brawl's final event is cheap as hell. -__-

Ugh, I know.
Melee's final event is so much harder than Brawl's; it's practically impossible to do with Pichu.

Super Smash Bros. Melee had much more memorable events. I can still remember some of them like The Showdown, Legendary Pokemon, and Super Mario 128.
